Trivium Packaging has been recognised by global environmental non profit CDP for leadership in corporate transparency and performance on climate change, securing a place on its annual ‘A List.’ Based on data reported through CDP’s 2024 Climate Change questionnaire, Trivium is one of a small number of companies that achieved an ‘A’ rating out of over 24,800 companies scored.

CDP scores are widely used to drive investment and procurement decisions towards a net zero carbon and resilient economy. It uses a detailed and independent methodology to assess these companies, allocating a score of A to D- based on the comprehensiveness of disclosure, awareness, and management of environmental risks and demonstration of best practices associated with environmental leadership, such as setting ambitious and meaningful targets.
Trivium earned a spot on the CDP’s A List for the second year in a row, which indicates the company’s dedication to high quality data that provides a holistic view of the value chain’s environmental impact. Leading in environmental transparency is one step towards more meaningful and effective action.
‘Throughout 2024, we experienced unprecedented global temperatures, severe weather incidents, and significant impacts on nature, communities, and businesses. Companies must lead the way in driving transformative climate and nature action, but we can't manage what we don't measure,’ stated Jenny Wassenaar, chief sustainability officer. ‘Transparency through disclosure is the initial step towards effective environmental action. We are thrilled to be recognised on CDP's A List for our dedication to openness and action.’
