Online print company Solopress has announced it will be the new sponsor of the North Bank stand at Southend United’s Roots Hall ground, as well as becoming the club’s official print partner.
The online printer has been based in Southend for over 20 years and has its headquarters less than a mile from the Shrimpers’ stadium.
The company will become a sponsor of the ‘Solopress.com North Bank’, installing advertising boards above the stand, as well as around the players’ tunnel, TV gantry and Solopress’ own corporate box. Naturally, the company will design and print the advertising boards. As official print partners to the club, it will also offer its services to the club’s other sponsors.
It is not the first time Solopress has been involved in football sponsorship, and with Southend United Football Club itself. Back in 2018, the company sponsored Southend goalkeeper and England hopeful, Harry Seaden, donating £5000 towards his development over the course of 10 months.
