Solimar Systems has announced a major update to its flagship document reengineering software, Rubika. The enhancements to Version 4.5 encompass a variety of features that make it easier for companies to manage, modify, and deliver their business documents more efficiently.
‘We are excited to bring the next evolution of our flagship Rubika solution to our customers,’ said Mary Ann Rowan, chief experience officer at Solimar Systems. ‘This version introduces powerful new capabilities that help organisations streamline their document workflows and increase operational efficiency.’
Version 4.5 delivers several significant enhancements, including:
Rubika’s De-Imposition module allows users to take documents designed for printing ‘N-up’ and convert them for workflows that require unrelated content or individual ‘sheetlets’ to be isolated as separate sheets (for example, when converting statements printed 2-up to be delivered electronically).
Rubika’s Mark module now includes Advanced Text Editing capabilities that allows users to selectively change the font or style (bold, italic, etc) applied to text.
Rubika’s Barcode Reader module supports new barcode types, as well as faster interpretation of some barcodes.
The latest release of Rubika 4.5 is available now for existing customers with an active maintenance contract.
