From its launch at drupa in 2012, Elitron has been pioneering in fully automatic, digital cutting with integrated, patented roll in, roll out pallet management.
Giuseppe Gallucci, the company’s CEO, invented and launched the very first Kombo TAV, fully automatic, integrated cutting system at drupa back in 2012.
Now, a new era in digital cutting has started at Elitron with the launch of the next generation Kombo TAV at this year’s drupa.
The worldwide unveiling of this new high performance system offers a device that is up to 35% faster speed, up to 40% greater in production efficiency, and offers up to 30% in energy consumption savings.
This is made possible due to the implementation of Hyper Speed Cutting Technology, developed by Elitron, with a next generation control board, redesigned electronics, and new motion control system with faster communication protocol to take the brainpower of this cutting system to a completely new level.

‘I am proud to have anticipated market trends and to continue to project systems ready for the production demands of tomorrow,’ said Giuseppe Gallucci. ‘Furthermore, the full range of Elitron’s cutting systems is now able to cover all possible cutting requirements, from sample making to larger production runs with integrated or standalone automation to guarantee a high performance production workflow.’
The new Kombo TAV will be taking centre stage on the company’s stand (D11 in hall 16), ready to demonstrate roll in, roll out integrated, pallet automation, cutting and creasing and unloading using the patented AiroPanel for perfect nick free cutting and stacking.
The more compact Spark cutting system for sample making and small dimension production will also be on the stand to demonstrate a vast array of applications.
