Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd has announced an in line finisher that offers lamination directly after the print process.
The new GBC CL-401 in line laminator offers next level production and finishing versatility for the AccurioPress range.Customers using the CL-401 will be able to produce high quality completed laminated documents in one easy step, with automatic detection of foil types and sizes.
With the addition of an in line trimming unit TU-510 it delivers full end to end in line production, replacing the labour and cost intensive process of finishing off line, for faster turnaround times.
Production is made faster still through introduction of an innovative cold lamination process that eliminates warm up time. The CL-401 enables direct, two side, application, as well as the option to laminate only one side of a graphic, making it the ideal solution for producing decals and adhesive decorations.
The ability to handle paper weights from 75 to 300 g/m2 and a wide range of different paper sizes from A4, A3 and SRA4 to SRA3, opens up a world of production possibilities including posters and menus, flyers, covers and more.
