Print Solutions
Innotech Digital has announced availability of the latest addition to its PVC free media range, Envirotech.
As well as being environmentally responsible, the new robust front lit banner material delivers exceptional value. The biggest challenge for printers to date has been the cost of PVC free materials compared with the PVC alternative. Now they can put that concern behind them!
Kieran Dallow, marketing manager for Innotech Digital, said: ‘We believe this new material is the most cost effective PVC free banner solution currently available in the market. Its price is comparable to standard 440 g/m2 PVC front lit media and is a very viable alternative solution for environmentally conscious companies wishing to make a real stand against the over use of PVC in our industry.’
The new Envirotech PVC free banner has been proven in testing to be weldable, although it is still recommended to test this with customer specific machinery. ‘Being weldable is a huge benefit for our customers because most PVC free banners currently on the market are not weldable and require additional stitching or banner tape, which can be more costly and time consuming,’ added Kieran.
The new product is fire rated to B1 certification and is suitable for printing with eco solvent, solvent, UV curable and latex inks. It is available in 1600 and 3200 mm widths and with durability equivalent to 440 g/m2 banner PVC materials it is ideal for indoor and outdoor campaign graphics.
