Enfocus launches 'Infigo Connect' App on AppStore

Software Solutions Print Solutions

Enfocus has announced the launch of its new 'Infigo Connect' app on its AppStore. This innovative app facilitates seamless integration between Enfocus Switch and the Infigo e-commerce and web to print platform.

The Infigo Connect app enhances workflow automation by enabling users to receive orders through various methods, including webhooks and polling. Once an order is received, the app retrieves all relevant order information, such as the artwork file and job order specifications, making it readily available within the Switch workflow. This allows for smooth integration with other critical systems, such as MIS and ERP platforms.

Davy Verstaen, AppStore manager at Enfocus, commented: ‘The launch of Infigo Connect on the Enfocus AppStore marks an important step in our ongoing mission to simplify and automate print workflows. By integrating Infigo’s web to print platform with Enfocus Switch, we are providing our users with the tools they need to enhance efficiency and drive business growth.’

One of the standout features of Enfocus Switch, utilised by the Infigo Connect app, is its capability to automatically prepare production files that are tailored to any printing technology – whether it be offset, digital sheetfed, wide format, or any other. This functionality ensures that the production ready files are generated with precision and can be sent directly to the production floor, facilitating swift and accurate job processing. Additionally, the app enables users to send status updates back to Infigo at every key stage of the process, including production, shipping, and invoicing, ensuring full visibility and traceability throughout the order lifecycle.

Chris Minn, head of global marketing at Infigo, added: ‘We are thrilled to see Infigo Connect become available on the Enfocus AppStore. This app represents a significant advancement in how print service providers can manage their workflows, from order intake to final delivery.’
