Contact Originators is celebrating after winning the sustainability award at the North West Business Desk Business of the Year Awards 2024.
Based in Duckinfield, Greater Manchester, the Contact team was presented with the award at The Midland Hotel in Manchester, on October 10, as over 400 guests gathered to celebrate the success of the region’s businesses.
The company’s success underlines its sustainability ethos, which is ingrained in everything that it does from its pre-press operations and services to its commitment to environmental initiatives such as UN Global Compact, Carbon Neutral Britain, Sedex, and Zero Waste to Landfill.
Jo Grundy, quality and systems manager, commented: ‘At Contact, our core focus is sustainability, both in what we do and how we do it. We are pleased to win the sustainability award at the North West Business Desk Business of the Year Awards against some very tough competition and to receive recognition for our efforts in this field is something we are very proud of.

This latest award win closely follows the announcement that Contact Originators had been rated Gold by EcoVadis.
