To commemorate International Women’s Day, Colpac is celebrating some of the incredible women in its team!
This year’s theme is #InspireInclusion, with particular focus on investing in women to accelerate progress. Organisations and groups can #InspireInclusion through developing female talent, supporting women into leadership roles, and providing women with access to training.
Colpac recognises excellence through its ‘Win of the Month’ award which highlights members of the team who go above and beyond. The awards also help to promote growth opportunities and to inspire colleagues to accelerate their learning and career development.
Several women have been well deserved winners of Colpac’s ‘Win of the Month’ award, and the company is showcasing team members in conjunction with International Women’s Day. Winners have been celebrated for a variety of achievements including advancing their skills, being promoted into leadership positions, and demonstrating excellent teamwork.
Aneta embraced Colpac’s in-house training programme and propelled herself into a supervisory role, becoming the company’s first female machine minder in its UK factory!
Fran took on additional responsibilities to support a colleague from another department when they needed it. She took the initiative to train others in Colpac systems, contributing to the upskilling of the team and embodying this year’s International Women’s Day theme of #InspireInclusion. Other members of the team threw themselves into projects to accelerate progress in terms of their professional development, as well as implementing positive improvements across the company.
Magali took the lead on a complex project, understanding, interpreting, and implementing new legislation. Her initiative to lead this project exemplifies the spirit of accelerating women in the workplace.
Gosia's commitment to operational effectiveness and impeccable teamwork earned her the well deserved title of ‘Win of the Month’. She meticulously checks every container, ensuring that each box is packaged to perfection. Gosia also fosters a positive work environment and looks out for her colleagues, to #InspireInclusion every day.
