Xaar’s 2002 printhead is powering Brotech’s latest varnish embellishment module.

Brotech, a manufacturer of label converting equipment, has integrated the 2002 printhead into its new varnish embellishment module to deliver superior productivity and versatility. The module is designed to meet the growing demand for high quality, intricate label finishes that enhance brand differentiation and product appeal.

Powered by five 2002 printheads, the exceptional performance in applying textured varnishes, allows high build tactile effects at over 100 microns, and cold foiling with accuracy and efficiency. Xaar’s technologies, including High Laydown and TF Technology, enable the module to handle a wide range of fluids, delivering consistent, high quality results across various label substrates.
