The British Printing Industries Federation (BPIF) is launching its next round of business skills qualifications, starting in January. The course provides learners with an opportunity to develop their continual professional development and professional skill sets.
The courses are designed to enable individuals to support and engage with different parts of an organisation and interact effectively with internal and external customers. BPIF training has received exceptional feedback from courses with 94% of employers surveyed believing that the training delivered is relevant and up to date with industry standards, and 100% of employers would recommend BPIF training.
Courses are delivered online with support from tutors that have had years of experience in the industry. It is an opportunity to develop employability skills, both theoretical and practical, whilst working on the job.
The course start dates are coming round fast, so it is important to sign up soon to make sure that a space is secured. The following courses are on offer starting from January next year:
Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 – Starting 27 January 2022.
Customer Service Practitioner Level 3 – Starting 27 January 2022.
Business Administrator Level 3 – Starting 27 January 2022.
Team Leader/Supervisor Level 3 – Starting 27 January 2022.
Operations/Department Manager Level 5 – Starting 17 February 2022.
