Arden Software completes acquisition of Cimex

Packaging Solutions

Arden Software has announced completion of athe cquisition of leading American software supplier, Cimex.

Global software provider Arden specialises in CAD and CAM software for the packaging sector, with its Impact packaging design software being used all over the world.

Cimex develops CimPack Software, which, like Impact, is a leading name in the print, packaging and die making sectors.

Founded in 1988, Arden Software is a privately-owned company and an international leader in the development of structural design, die mmaking and workflow management systems.

The Arden Group of companies, which also includes Arden Dies and Arden Engraving, has offices around the world including its UK headquarters in Stockport, Greater Manchester, along with sites in the USA, Germany, Denmark and India.
