Taylor Bloxham Group appoints new CEO

Print Solutions

The Taylor Bloxham Group has appointed Teresa-Anne Dunleavy as CEO, replacing Robert Lockwood who has moved to the position of non executive director following a period of ill health. A marketing postgraduate, Teresa-Anne studied at Harvard Business School prior to embarking on a 20 year career in marketing communications and events. She has worked in chief executive roles at several large international companies and has held senior advisory roles for leading global brands including British Airways, Toyota and Nintendo. She specialises in working with companies undergoing significant structural and cultural change. The Taylor Bloxham Group has undergone a successful period of transition over the last three years, expanding the company’s services from high quality printing to include additional brands specialising in creative design and production (Instore), direct mail (Mailbox) and fulfilment (FastAnt). Group chair April Sharpless commented, ‘Robert Lockwood has overseen our forward looking diversification strategy, establishing divisions specialising in areas of marketing communications, all strategically designed to complement our core print offering. Now successfully embedded, Teresa-Anne joins with a brief to drive growth of our combined services as an integrated offering. She brings immense experience, outstanding business acumen and the drive needed to successfully compete in an increasingly aggressive market. I am delighted to announce her appointment and that we retain Robert’s expertise in his move to non executive director.’

Over the last two years, the Taylor Bloxham Group has made significant investments in new equipment and premises to ensure that the company remains at the forefront of print and communications technology. 2018 was notable for a series of awards and innovations which included winning print machinery manufacturers Koenig and Bauer’s prestigious 1814 Production Excellence award and also being one of the first companies to receive the BPIF Colour Quality management Scheme certification for print colour quality. ‘These are turbulent times with much uncertainty for UK businesses,’ said Teresa-Anne. ‘However, the fact that Taylor Bloxham’s heritage as a premium printer has successfully diversified into strategically complementary services presents exciting opportunities for growth. We have superb foundations to build from and I am delighted to be part of the next phase of growth.’ The Taylor Bloxham Group works from four sites across the East Midlands.
