Recycled paper honeycomb manufacturer Dufaylite has recently expanded its senior team with the appointment of Tom Bewley as operations director.

During his earlier career Tom worked a variety of roles which included training and production manager positions. Over the past 20 years, he has held a number of senior management and director roles working with several brand owners including Cadbury’s, Swizzels, Birds Eye, Whitworth’s and Holland & Barrett.

On his appointment, Ashley Moscrop, managing director of Dufaylite, commented: ‘Over the last few years we have experienced a period of expansion and so the strategic appointment of Tom and his addition to our senior management team is perfectly timed as we move into the next stage of our growth.

‘He has worked with a variety of businesses during his career, both large and small, and so brings with him a real wealth of experience. I am confident that Tom will help us to develop the business and continue to thrive with steady and continued growth. He is a great fit and is an incredibly welcome addition to the team.’

On his appointment, Tom commented, ‘I am hugely excited by my new role at Dufaylite and the opportunity to be instrumental in the next phase of growth for the business. I was attracted by the culture, the willingness and drive from the rest of the team and by the way that managing director Ashley Moscrop leads by example and is hugely ambitious.

‘The business has an aggressive growth strategy in place including plans to expand and triple its size by 2025 and I am delighted to play a part in that journey.’
