London’s Air Ambulance has signed a deal with Workflow Group to upgrade the printing capability in its central London headquarters with a suite of new Xerox products. The charity will use the new connected suite in the creation of fundraising and marketing materials to help double its income and increase awareness of its charity status over the next five years.
The charity, which delivers a senior doctor-paramedic team to serious trauma emergencies across London, providing lifesaving pre-hospital treatment to approximately five critically injured patients every day, has invested in a Xerox AltaLink C8055 (including bookletmaker finisher) and two Xerox C405 colour multifunction printers.

Along with a need for greater efficiency and higher quality output, security was one of the key considerations behind the upgrade. Xerox devices are secure by design, requiring card authentication before releasing print jobs. This ensures sensitive information is protected and eliminates print waste, creating cost savings and helping reduce the charity’s environmental footprint.

In addition to installation and training on the devices, the three year deal will see Workflow Group providing maintenance and service support. This includes automated monitoring and reporting capabilities to ensure any issues are dealt with effectively and quickly.
