Neopost UK has announced that it is relocating its UK head office from Romford to Here East. Based in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Stratford, London’s technology focused campus has become home to a thriving community of fast growth businesses that share ambitious visions of digital innovation.
Having spent the last 90 years based in Romford, the move marks the first time Neopost has relocated its UK head office in 40 years. It will be moving 280 people into a 25,000 square foot office on the third floor of the Press Centre at Here East. The company is evolving its offering of digital communication, e-commerce, logistics and postal solutions to fulfil customer requirements and it will join a growing cluster of companies that share similar ambitions.
‘These are exciting times for Neopost as we transform our business to meet the changing needs of customers,’ said Mike Stone, managing director of Neopost UK. ‘The move to Here East and its innovative and exciting community mirrors our own vision and values. Our people have always said that Neopost is a great company to work for and I am sure that Here East will be a great place to work. Neopost and Here East are a perfect fit!’

Here East, developed by iCity, is a dedicated 1.2 million square foot campus for businesses, educators, entrepreneurs and artists to innovate, collaborate and create the products of the future.
‘Neopost is exactly the sort of business for which Here East was created,’ said Gavin Poole, CEO of Here East. ‘One of the major players of business communications, it is now looking to technology and software to transform its own model and remain at the cutting edge of its sector. Here East can help accelerate that growth through opportunities to collaborate in a community of world class digital talent, business leaders and creatives using technology in a diverse range of disciplines.’
